We've just got an invite to do a talk & contest at the West Midlands vegan festival. It's a bit of short notice, but we thought we'd organise a push-up contest for the day (as those are usually quite popular).
Hopefully a few of you can make it along for the day Fitness Superstore will be the main sponsor of the event, but there will be loads of other prizes on the day.
Anyone up for helping on the stall on the day for a while or entering the contest that would be ace as well!
