I'm Ben and have been "playing" at weight training for a few years now, on and off. After more than a year off, I decided to try it again and take it seriously. I've put on half a stone since April, which I'm quite pleased about (but my jeans haven't got any tighter... so it's not gone on the belly!!)
Next job is to strip some fat off. I have a fat-stripping programme in mind and I'll let you know how I get on.
Not looking forward to reducing calories!!

PS: been vegan for about 15 years & am about to move to Australia... it's alright though: I have found a supplier of Soya Protein Powder over there!!!
