OK what are the best things you've read or seen about training in 2011...I read & watch quite a bit, so this one is tricky.
Movement by Gray Cook was pretty good book http://graycookmovement.com/
Intervention by Dan John http://danjohn.net/2011/07/invervention/ gave me some useful insights
The new 531 ebook by Jim Wendler (pretty much like the old 531, but some more pages) http://store.jimwendler.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=5312edebook
I liked a few Joe DeFranco, not because it teaches so much as is REALLY motivational, the guy is a bad ass.
I've also found I liked some Pavel products even though he charges a LOT for stuff compared to many trainers.
I know I've missed out dozens of books & DVDs I got through & found useful in 2011, but those are a few I thought of off of the top of my head. How about you lot?
