| Jim Smith "Smitty" from the Diesel crew put his workout up for today, so I thought I'd share it to you guys. Anyone who doesn't know the Diesel crew should check them out they have some crazy videos & Smitty works with the best in the business of training & knows his stuff. 2. BTR Conventional Deadlifts, 5x3 3. Pull-ups + Knee Raises, 3x12 4. Hill Sprints (video coming soon, you WON'T believe the hill, or should I say mountain) - 2-3 Trips Short 'n' sweet with loads of intensity, my kind of workout! | |
