Greetings.
Found this forum via a Tweet on Twitter. My husband and I are 5 year vegans and recently escalating fitness enthusiast. We work out with weights 3 or 4 times a week, do cardio 4 or 5 times a week, and I do yoga whenever I can sqeeze it in (usually once or twice a week when we're home - we travel alot). We also have a website called The Vegan Voice that promotes veganism and profiles vegan people.
I guess our goals are typical in many ways - he wants bigger arms, and I want a tighter behind. Hopefully we can pick up some things here that help us acheive them.
