My fav spinach smoothie!!

I've copied this from my food blog (It's very empty right now!) but it tasted so yummy I thought I would post it here .
Also I should add this was enough for two people .

Ingredients
50-100g Frozen berries
Spinach (as much as you like)
Half of a fresh grapefruit, juiced
1 pot of alpro soya tropical yoghurt.



I realise that this isn't really a recipe but I had a lot of leftover spinach that was going to go off if not eaten so I thought why not . It was so yummy!! The bag is full of dried apple... my roommate is addicted!! they are yummy though

That's awesome - there's no reason why we can't put any food ideas up here, simple is good as it's quick ways to get something nutritious into ourselves. Sometimes we don't want to spend an hour making a fancy meal (in my case that is I never want to do that ), simple snack-like ideas are as useful as any out there, so this fine. I might give it a go as I have some plain soya yoghurt, some mixed frozen berries & a few other bits - it might be a little bit different, but I'm sure it will taste awesome

I've never found plain soy yoghurt! I'll be looking for it in my health food shop asap because I prefer the taste in things like smoothies
I'm sure it will! I love smoothies and when things are going to go to waste I just blend them all up together lol! Waste not want not as mum always says
