74 year old bodybuilder

I'm not sure what this guys diet is, but look at what you can achieve & the body you can maintain well into later life!


Here's a link to the results to the over 70 & over 75 class (Yes! they have 2 classes for those age groups!) of that year (2009).
As I age I start to really appreciate the older guys & what the condition they can achieve in later life, it's truly astounding!

So in other words, I still have three years to get into those guy's condition...
...Swell... i'll get right on it.


But seriously, they're astonishing.
And I doubt that any of these are juicing... anything stronger than Half-strength Aspirin would kill them.

Yea, my goal is to look that good when I hit that age!

My gym and hiking buddy commented a few years ago, "Gawd, I hope I'm in HIS condition when I'm his age..."
His teen-age, wise-guy son answered, "Heck, you should wish you were in HIS condition when you're you're your own age age now."

...Which tell you more about teen-age kids than it does about conditioning.
But I am pleased to mention that although my ol' gym buddy is no longer lifting, he has taken up long-distance bicycling, and is keeping himself in damn good shape.
I owe him a debt for calling me back into the lifting sport several years ago.
