PCRM sue USDA to get veggie food pyramid

Looks like the PCRM are suing over there not being a plant-based alternative to the tired old food pyramid. See the article here
They have their own version called a "Power Plate" that they suggest as a possible alternative.
It would be good to have an official alternative to offer people to the well worn pyramid - but I can't see it happening very quickly (but you never know).
