OK first off, most exercises have a place, even the less effective...but some are just so obviously a stupid thing to do, you wonder, you really do...

No, it's okay...
You may have noticed the U.S. flag in the background of the video...
In the U.S. we pay idiots like this to pose for silly videos, like standing on a balloon while pumping a barbell with a young lady in tights posing on each end...

What? ...He forgot the young ladies in tights...?
Oh sorry, he's just an idiot...
