bloating can be a issue with me if i eat beans, i am a fan of beans as well, i like bean burgers, baked beans, mixed baked beans and so on, very tasty, is there anyway to stop the bloating?, any herbs or anything you can take with beans to stop or limit bloating?.
same can happen with some vegetables as well, is it something one has to live with and try and adapt diet, or are there any things to limit bloating?.
it can be frustrating when you cannot eat certain foods like you would like, so you have t adapt, but if there is a way so you can eat what you want that would be a plus!, especially for bodybuilding when you need to eat extra food.
