Animal Aid Christmas Fayre 2011 Sunday 4 Dec

Starting to get prizes for the pushup contest at the Animal Aid Christmas Fayre (4 Dec [url=http://www.animalaid.org.uk/h/n/NEWS/news_living/ALL/2521// ]http://www.animalaid.org.uk/h/n/NEWS/news_living/ALL/2521// [/url]). Already got some vitashine Vit D, some Viridian Vitamins, some Good Hemp nutrition & some opti3 in the bag ready to go! Should be a great contest! It's a 4PM so come along to cheer them on or to enter,all entrants get a prize (or several)!

It's this weekend guys! There will be push-ups. I'm also going to bring along the vulcan gripper so we can give the bigger, stronger guys & gals something to do as they seem to shy away from push-ups.

We'll be doing something like this at the stall on Sunday:

It's starting to shape up nicely Ignite Ultra V are supporting the vulcan grip challenge (it will be on the stall all day) & we've also got the usual xmas push-up contest at 4PM on the main stage supported by opti3, vitashine D3, Viridian Vitamins, Good Hemp Nutrition, v-pure, Pro-10, Natures Whey. We are upstairs at the event this year, so pop up & say "Hi" (& have a squeeze on the grippers)
