Athlete, Kettlebell instructor & gym owner Mike Eves is the latest addition to the VBB site, you can check him out here.
If you're ever in the Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire UK area check him out for kettlebell, bodyweight or weight training session.
Mike will be at the West Midlands Vegan Festival on Sat Oct 29, so come on down & meet up! (you can also meet World record holding Powerlifter Pat Reeves at the event as well
