The recipes do have a few unusual ingredients (buckwheat flour for example) that you may not have in, but generally they are ok - bare in mind that some recipes are NOT vegan, some have egg & honey in, so you might need to play about with a few, but most are vegan (I have only tried a few mind you), another useful resource I've found is the plant based nutrition section in the Precision nutrition eating system, it's quite expensive & only the plant-based section is really relevant to you, but it is useful & the guy running the plant-based section of their forum is also vegan so actually knows what they are talking about.
Those are both interesting reads if you are looking for new ideas.
