| First injury post. I heard a cat fight outside & it sounded mad, so I rushed out incase onnie the cat was under attack (onnie admiring my food selection)Anyway as I ran out, bare footed into the garden I kind of bent/twisted one of my toes (the one next to the little toe). Well today I woke up with a black, painful toe, so no running today, just some Arnica on the bruising & pilates & abs again as a replacement. Hopefully I'll be alright to go again by Thursday (my next scheduled running day). Oh well at least it does affect the weight training | |
