Cleared out the 'fridg tonight. Lots of nice stuff, but not good enough to serve to people I love. So I'm making What-you-got-You-Got soup.
There's no exact recipe for this... just everything you have on hand.
Sauteed, browned, onions and garlic, potatoes, browned onions, a can of sliced carrots I misplaced on the shelf And anything else I find that can't be simmered but might survive boiling.
Tomorrow I'll add Cumin and maybe a mixture of nice things I remember and learned in India.
These will be served with pan-oven, home-made toast with a half-dozen browned buttom mushrooms.
