Engine 2 Mighty Muffin (variation)

I made the engine 2 'mighty muffin' but as a cake. I didn't add the sweetener, just a few extra goji berries &used mixed vine fruit, not raisins. It took me a little while online to figure out 'cups' in proper measurements, but after that it wasn't too hard! I don't like really sweet things, so if you prefer sweet you might need the extra sweetener.
