For the "meat" you can use either firm tofu, seitan or any veggi-burger substitute. I find tofu does not have the right texture and find seitan or veggi-burger the best
-cook the "meat" and cub it up. It is best to fry it in oil with crushed garlic and dried chili peppers for flavour
-open up a pita and spread a good layer of hummus and guacamole
-place in the "meat", some sprouts and some refried beans
-garnish with tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions and chili peppers
