I've met Dr G a few times now he's pretty cool
By the way just in case it comes up, Steve Jobs favourite food was sushi, so if it comes up, he wasn't exactly how I define a vegan (there's already some nutters online claiming eating vegan gave him cancer, so I've been told).

I can't help thinking a "Haha, the China Study was right', at least for pancreatic cancer.
What bothers me as a naturopath is having to train people out of the 1980's -1990's belief that ALL fat/oil is bad. I was hoping that they would say plant oils reduced the right, hehe.
I'm a big fan of Udo Erasmus. I don't think he's vegan but he seems to be on the right track. He does condemn fish oil as unhealthy (due to pollution). I also like how he adds "white food" and "burnt food" the the top of his version of his food pyramid.

China study was right. But Court, I don't think any oil is good. Olives, nuts, seeds are good. But taking any natural food and extracting just it's oil to eat isn't healthy in my opinion.
