I would think that as most of those are sugar sweetened then they would fall into that group as well..If you're using them during training it might be different as the sugar would be used pretty quickly as fuel. I'd say for you trying to lose fat I'd dump any drinks containing sugar, stick mainly to water & herbal teas (without added soya milk in the teas - I once got a girl to lower her calorific intake by over 300 cal simply by switching her to a herbal tea - that was just the amount of soya milk she added in a day, not added sugar to tea!).
The only people who really need to worry about replacing electrolyte levels are real endurance runners & other distance types, if you lift weights & do 30- or so minutes of cardio. Just eat plenty of green leafy veggies, bit of seaweed once every day or so & you'll get more than enough of every electrolyte you need. You only really need to worry about fluid replacement, just down enough water during training or a VERY dilute carb source & you'll be fine, as will 90% of people reading this I suspect.
