Generaly spend 6 months concentrating on weight training per year, then 6 months getting ready to run a marathon in which I aim, and manage to get a pb each year .
Not a great combination I know, but I enjoy both so have to compramise lol.

I know Peter Simpson from Vegan Runners (& a few others who are involved).. we all went to Turin Last year - here's a caricature we had done by vegan artist Andrea Malgeri (who will work with photos if you need any drawings done-mail him for details)

We were the British contingent at the Turin Vegfest 2009, unfortunately we couldn't make it for the 2010 Turin Vegfest due to a conflict of dates, but I hope we can get to the 2011 event as it's a great event!

Hello there welcome. I'm also into the running quite a bit lately, although no marathons or races at all yet. Very small forum here at the moment, but Pete is probably more knowledgeable than some much larger forums just by himself.
