It was a late run today due to circumstances beyond my control, & ϋber hot. I was knackered & sweating like nobodies business, so staggering my way back it's not surprising I passed the Google earth car filming away for the internet
oh well...
I have noticed running in red (I run in my steel stretch red t-shirt or black vest - steel stretch is ace, helps cool you off in summer & keep you warm in winter http://www.steelstretch.com/ ) that people are friendlier than in the black (the exception being gay men, maybe I look like more a gay man in a black vest?), but today I had a real 'John moment'
(read John's training log for brief update on his adventures in the gym) a couple of times during the run with one women checking me out & going "wow" & another really smiling - their thoughts must have been "wow-I never seen anyone running that slowly get that sweaty" & the smiler must just have been pleased at how much faster she could run than me
Anyway thought I do a quick post while I was drinking some water (with BCAA's & glutamine in it of course
