I'm in a new book!!!

That's right I'm in the new Vegan views book

I've only got about 10 pages in the book which is all about self sufficiency, low impact, health, environment & animal issues, so if you're interested in that stuff you might like it.
The stuff I've written might be a little bit basic for some of you as it's really going from zero exercise & bad food choices to starting exercise, eating better, introducing flexibility etc, so many of you will be beyond that.

If you're reading this before the West Midlands Vegan Festival on the 30th October 2010, then I can get copies at cost when I go there, so I could get them to you for £5 if you're in the UK, £5 in Europe & £7 everywhere else.
