Interview with Low Calorie Raw Vegan Bodybuilder Mark Handy

Here's a couple of youtube posts where Mark Handy is interviewed about himself & his diet. I don't know anything about the guy. If anyone has anything about "Epocrates" (I believe you spell it) that is mentioned in the first video & how to get hold of their more details about their dietary philosophy I'd be grateful for any details.

Oh yea, I forgot to update this post. I got hold of quite a few Hippocrates DVD & a book. I've not watched them quite yet, but they are in the queue to watch/read.
Pat Reeves knew what I was talking about straight away & got the details to me - thanks for taking the time to answer. I'll have to let everyone know what I think of the ideas once I had a chance to check it all out properly.
